  • Dormitory Management – Our experience with resort property rentals includes the full suite of hotel management, including dormitories, restaurants and all attendant facilities, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) upgrades and disaster management.  Alisa Acosta, President/CEO, has a Master's degree in Hotel Administration and is highly skilled in strategic planning and all areas of property management.
