- For your Project Management support initiatives, we staff with certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) in the capacity of Program and Project management support functions. Our staff applies best management practices following the guidelines of industry acceptable project management methodologies. This includes development of schedules, baselines, tracking of actuals, project control functions, earned-value management systems, performance and metric-based information systems, and budget-finance support.
- For Configuration Management, we have adopted Microsoft's Office 365 Cloud Computing solution. This allows us to create a SharePoint site for each project, with access controlled by security groups. The SharePoint site allows for online tracking of action items, risks & issues, and all pertinent project documents. We also have the capability to share this site with clients on an as-needed basis.
- For development of your Project Management Office (PMO), we focus on developing and implementing business requirements for a successful implementation. In addition, we can develop a full range of project management training courses, including curriculum development and documentation to meet a client's specific training goals.
